ChatGPT doesn’t take a keyword list. You describe the conversations you want to appear in, in plain sentences OpenAI calls context hints. “A family in Dubai planning a weekend with two small children” reaches people that “kids activities dubai” never would.
So the first job is the strategy and budget plan. We write the hints the way your buyers talk, then set a daily budget so the month’s spend lands where you expect. Most first campaigns pay per click, and setup takes up to eight working days.
The ad itself is small: a short title, one line of text, an image and your link. There’s no room for a slogan. Every word has to answer what the person asked. We write two or three versions per ad group and design the banners, each pointing to a landing page built for that one offer.
As a ChatGPT advertising agency we test targeting too. Two sets of context hints run side by side, and the set bringing cheaper enquiries stays.
Someone asks a question your hints describe. ChatGPT writes its answer first, and your card can appear underneath, labelled as an ad. Paying doesn’t change the answer, and OpenAI doesn’t show advertisers anyone’s conversation.
Ads only go to adults on the Free and Go plans. Paid plans see none. Topics like health and politics stay ad-free too, which is why we check your category before you advertise on ChatGPT. Getting named inside the answer is a separate job, called AI search optimisation.

Online stores can skip the sentence and show the product. ChatGPT shopping ads read your product feed, the file that lists every item with its price and stock. We filter it down to the products worth paying for. Bestsellers with healthy margins go in, and anything too cheap to earn back a click stays out.
The e-commerce plans add these campaigns to everything in the standard ones. If you already run Google Shopping, your feed is usually most of the way there.
